1. Validity of the trading conditions
Offer and supply take place due to the following general trading conditions; deviating general trading conditions of the customer are noncommittal for us, even if we did not contradict expressly. Deviating agreements are effective only if we confirm them in writing.
These general trading conditions can be changed at any time. In each case the valid version at the moment of the order applies.
2. Acceptance of orders
The acceptance of all orders takes place under the reservation of the delivery opportunities. We become free from our delivery obligations, if we - due to higher force or other reasons - are not able to deliver. There is no requirement on compensation for the customer in such a case.
After receipt of your on-line order we confirm the reception of your order by email. After the dispatch of your order you receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Delivery service: Austrian Post Office AG.

Additional forwarding costs through special requirements of the customer (e.g. express etc.,) will be charged to the customer.
4. Complaints
Complaints and notices of defect can be considered only if they are made in writing immediately, at the latest within 5 days after receipt of the delivery. In this case we take back the delivery and replace it. There is no chance for further requirements. Transport damages are to be complaint immediately at receipt of the delivery. For customers who are consumers in the sense of the consumer law, the legal guarantee regulations apply.
5. Principle changes
We reserve ourselves principle changes in layout and composition of our goods.
6. Withdraw / Return of products
Customers who are consumers in the sense of the consumer law can withdraw from the contract within 7 working-days (except Saturday) after delivery. For resignation a written report to Prof. Birkmayer - Vet Products, Inc., Vienna is necessary. Delivered products must be returned immediately to Prof. Birkmayer - Vet Products, Inc., Vienna. In the case of withdraw the credit note of already performed payments takes place after arrival of goods at Prof. Birkmayer - Vet Products, Inc., Vienna. The customer bears the costs of the return delivery.
7. Terms of payment
Payment by pre-payment or by cash on delivery with additional charge. Payment by sending cash or cheque is not possible. We exclude responsibility for loss.
8. Data security
Protection of your private sphere is a very important topic for us; therefore we keep the legal data protection regulations and treat your personal data confidentially. If you order something, we need some basic information like your name, your complete address and your telephone number, so that we are able to deliver fast and without delay and - if necessary – to contact you if further questions occur. No commercial use of the data (no sales of addresses) is guaranteed.
9. Area of jurisdiction
Area of jurisdiction for all disputes which are connected with supply or payment is Vienna, Austria. Area of jurisdiction for customers who are consumers in the sense of the consumer law is their general area of jurisdiction.
